Fruits and veggies, however, are good for us since they have essential vitamins and mineral that our bodies require.

Next, we will be looking at exercise. Exercise improves the strength and energy of our bodies. Exercise makes us happy. There are lots of exercises that we can do. Some examples include walking, running, swimming, dancing, playing sports, and lifting weights. Yoga is another great way to build strength. Yoga is an excellent exercise because it improves flexibility and breathing. Avoid junk food and drink plenty water if you want to lose weight.

Let's talk about sleep. Sleep is the most important thing we do each and every day. Lack of sleep can lead to fatigue and stress. This can lead to issues such as back pain, depression and heart disease. To stay healthy, it is important to get enough rest.
